April showers have brought May flowers. As I walk through my neighbourhood, crocuses are visible on several lawns, tulips have broken through the soil in their planters and the magnolia and cherry blossom trees in High Park have amazed thousands of visitors over the past week.

Sporting events continue to ‘entertain/panic/excite’ Toronto’s fans….Good luck to the Blue Jays who are playing Seattle this weekend and to the Leafs who are up 3-2 in their first round series. Good Luck Maple Leafs!

Enjoy what promises to be a warmer month of May and take some time to explore the great outdoors! There is much to celebrate in May, with Mother’s Day, a long weekend and perhaps some will rise early to witness the coronation of King Charles.
