Enter on John Drury Road and follow signs to the Discovery Centre on Canuck Avenue. Park and meet us at the Centre by 10:00 a.m. Treats will be served.

We welcome all fitness levels as the walk is done at your own pace. Remember to dress for the weather conditions.

Walk with us using poles if you have them.

No need to register, but email Kathy at: k_shorney@yahoo.com , so she can establish a fan out list to keep participants informed.
We will go rain or shine. You are welcome to bring a friend.

Washrooms are not always available.
