Champagne Breakfast 2022

Social Convener Mildred Frank scored again with another successful event.

After 2 years of “virtual” celebrations due to Public Health protocols under COVID, District 23 resumed its traditional annual Champagne Breakfast Welcome to New Members this week. Our thanks to Mildred Frank’s small team of District 23 volunteers and the staff at Parkview Manor.
