People volunteer for many reasons, but it is one of the most selfless acts of any individual. Volunteering for District 23 provides our members with the benefits of maintaining physical activity, keeping emotionally connected to each other and our communities, and overall positive mental health. I am encouraging you to come and join us to find an activity that inspires you or to start an activity for our district that piques your interest and just act.
