Turn south on Laureleaf Road South. Park in the plaza or on the street and meet us at the trailhead south of the plaza at 10:00 a.m.

We welcome all fitness levels as the walk is done at your own pace. Remember to dress for the weather conditions.

Walk with us using poles if you have them.

No need to register, but email Kathy at: [email protected] , so she can establish a fan out list to keep participants informed.
We will go rain or shine. You are welcome to bring a friend.
