Hello dear friends!
Our walk on March 7, 2024 will take us to Toronto Rehab Centre on University Avenue.

Toronto Rehab, “is a global leader in physical and cognitive rehabilitation and home to The KITE Research Institute. Their interdisciplinary teams are dedicated to helping patients recover from: injury, illness, or age-related conditions and they are passionate about improving the health and well-being of patients and their families”. Toronto Rehab is home to 5 physical sites: Bickle Centre, Lyndhurst Centre, Rumsey Neuro, Rumsey Cardiac and University Centre.

This event promises to be an informative and amazing tour of the facility and their programs, but there are some preparations required to tour the facility which must be completed at least a week prior to the “stroll”.

In order to meet the Health requirements and protocols in visiting this UHN Rehab Centre facility, we must each fill out a questionnaire prior to the visit.
